About the job
Own the long‑term development of a strategic enterprise account in the energy/utility sector. This is a strategic AM role: building trusted C‑level relationships, running the account plan, and expanding cooperation within existing frameworks and partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and execute a strategic account plan with clear priorities for revenue growth, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Orchestrate relationship governance: regular QBR/Steering, roadmaps, joint initiatives, and business reviews
- Identify and develop cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the portfolio; coordinate presales/delivery resources as needed.
- Evolve framework agreements/MSA with focus on quality, scope, and sustainability of the partnership (formulated sensitively without quoting figures).
- Proactively discover client needs (regulation, investment programs, digitalization, data/AI, security) and translate them into concrete commercial initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery teams on expectations (SLA, change control, risks) and smooth handovers; commercial accountability remains with you.
- Lead forecast & pipeline in SAP (CRM) with high data quality and realistic predictions.
- Build credibility and long‑term relationships at C‑suite / senior stakeholder level (professional representation at relevant meetings and events).
What we expect:
- Proven strategic account management experience (enterprise, long cycles, multi‑stakeholder).
- Ability to lead C‑level relationships and negotiations; credible advisory partner.
- Strong commercial acumen, P&L awareness, pricing/margin management; mastery of account planning.
- Czech fluent and English professional working proficiency.
- Medior level: smart, structured, curious, with a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM (SAP); solid forecast discipline and data hygiene.

- Understanding of energy/utility landscape (regulation, market models, investment cycle) and strong network in the ecosystem.
- Background working with consulting firms / integrators.
