We are ACTUM Digital, a software house delivering digital solutions for one of the world’s largest auction houses. We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join the core Enablement team responsible for empowering all product teams across the project. This team focuses on innovation, future-proof architecture, and building foundational capabilities that other teams rely on.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and architecture. You will help define and guide technical direction, support complex cross-team initiatives, and ensure that the solutions we build are scalable, modern, and aligned with long-term objectives.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, and discussions to ensure an accurate understanding of business needs.

  Translate requirements into clear, structured documentation and actionable user stories.

• Analyze existing systems, integrations, and technical constraints to provide informed recommendations.

• Support architectural discussions and help design scalable, efficient solutions in the Azure Cloud.

• Produce technical specifications, diagrams, and acceptance criteria that guide developers effectively.

• Work directly with the engineering team to clarify requirements, validate feasibility, and assist in solution refinement.

• Create high-quality Jira tickets (user stories, technical tasks, acceptance criteria).

• Support testing activities by validating requirements and reviewing functional outcomes.

• Ensure delivered features meet business expectations and integrate smoothly into existing systems.

What experience should you have:

Solution Design & Architecture

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions using Azure cloud (App Services, Functions, Front Door, networking, storage, identity).

• Experience designing front-end solutions using NextJS, including performance considerations and integration patterns.

• Experience working with micro front-end architectures, component-driven systems, and distributed front-end setups

• Requirements Management

• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to collect, refine, and clarify business requirements.

• Able to challenge ambiguities, identify missing details, and guide stakeholders toward feasible and efficient solutions.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Experience writing clear, actionable Jira tickets (user stories, acceptance criteria, technical subtasks).

• Comfortable working in a Kanban team, participating in refinement, planning, and review ceremonies.
