About the job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead and grow our market presence in the Czech Republic and beyond. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise sales, strategic account expansion, and outsourcing (bodyshop) partnerships. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and identifying strategic opportunities for long-term collaboration — particularly in the area of senior technical resource supply (bodyshopping) and digital transformation projects. ACTUM Digital 

This position requires a seasoned hunter with strong sales leadership skills, bodyshop practise, network and the ability to translate market opportunities into profitable engagements. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development & Sales Leadership
    • Drive new business acquisition and lead generation strategies focused on enterprise clients in targeted verticals (e.g., energy & utilities, finance, manufacturing).
    • Build, maintain, and expand a robust sales pipeline—from initial discovery to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Close high-value opportunities across services including bodyshop engagements, outsourcing partnerships, and full lifecycle digital transformation projects.
  • Partnership & Client Management

    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with strategic enterprise accounts and key decision-makers
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients seeking flexible delivery options, including outsourced technical teams and extended resource models (bodyshop).
  • Leadership & Market Impact

    • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic input to shape the company’s growth agenda for the region.
    • Report on sales performance, forecast growth opportunities, and contribute to senior leadership planning. 

What we expect:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience in bodyschop/bodyleasing

    Proven track record in enterprise sales, outsourcing (bodyshop) 

  • Comfortable with proactive prospecting, networking, and confident in cold outreach (LinkedIn, industry events).

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate enterprise buying cycles and complex contract negotiations.

  • Deep understanding of technology solutions and IT delivery models (cloud, software, consulting, resource augmentation).

  • Excellent communication skills in English; Czech fluency is a strong advantage.

  • Strategic thinker who can align client needs with scalable delivery and resourcing models.
