About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized Junior Project Manager who wants to grow in project delivery and gradually step into a consulting-oriented role. No technical background is required — what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, manage priorities, and help clients and teams move forward.
Key responsibilities:
- Support planning, coordinating, and delivery
- Communicate with clients and internal teams (meetings, follow-ups, reporting)
- Prepare meeting notes, action items, and project updates
- Help track timelines, risks, and priorities
- Assist with understanding client needs and shaping requirements
- Contribute to presentations, summaries, and recommendations
- Gradually take ownership of smaller projects with senior support
What we expect:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to structure information and work with priorities
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Czech/Slovak fluency + English (min. B2)
Nice to have:
- Any coordination or project support experience (internships, operations, events, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira/Trello, Google Workspace / MS Office
- nterest in consulting, process improvement, or client-facing work
