About the job
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Sales Specialist to help grow our digital marketing solutions. You will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive the adoption of Marketing Automation platforms for international clients.
Role Context
As a Marketing Automation Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and developing a strong network of clients interested in Marketing Automation solutions. You will proactively engage with customers to identify business needs, promote relevant solutions, and drive new opportunities.
You will also collaborate closely with our key technology partners to co-sell and co-market joint offerings. We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of developing new business relationships, supports campaign planning with the sales team, and leads discovery meetings with prospective clients.
We are open to candidates at an earlier stage of their sales career who are eager to grow in Marketing Automation and digital solutions.
Responsibilities
• Identify potential customers for Marketing Automation projects
• Sell Marketing Automation solutions to clients where relationships have been established
• Develop account plans that align with customers’ business priorities
• Seek, identify, and initiate new go-to-market propositions through industry knowledge
• Highlight business value opportunities that customers may not yet recognize
Candidate Profile
Mandatory:
• Based in the Czech Republic or Germany
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development (ideally in digital, SaaS, or related areas)
• Strong business understanding of Marketing Automation platforms
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert opportunities into active projects
• Ability to build and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline in dedicated markets
• Strong commercial mindset
• Independence in uncovering client business goals and acting as a first-line consultant
• Good understanding of trends in digital experience, business, and e-commerce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German and additional languages are a bonus)
Optional:
• Experience as Consultant in IT implementation projects
• Understanding the realities around solution development, licensing and overall constraints and applying them actively in deal definition
