About the job

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our team and lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Plan and manage SAP projects, including budget, schedule, and resources.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
Manage risks and change requests effectively.
Provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
Support data migration, system customization, and testing activities.

What experience should you have:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within ERP environments.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation or ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Experience with SAP integration (BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager).
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Ability to manage risks and change requests.
Team coordination and vendor management.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Leadership skills: motivating teams and making decisions.
