About the job

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our IT consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of law and technology, supporting complex IT projects, contracts, and compliance matters.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
Provide legal support for IT projects, including software implementation, licensing, and cloud services.
Advise on regulatory compliance, data protection, and IT-related legal risks.
Support corporate governance and internal legal processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
Conduct research on relevant IT, technology, and commercial law topics.

What experience should you have:

Law degree with relevant professional experience (3–5 years) in IT, technology, or corporate law.
Experience with IT contracts, software licensing, SaaS agreements, and cloud solutions.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Nice to have:

Experience in IT consulting or technology services sector.
Familiarity with international contracts and multi-jurisdictional legal issues.
Interest in emerging technologies and digital transformation projects.
