About the job

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will help drive the development of IT solutions for the energy sector. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, development, and business teams to understand what the business actually needs — and turn that into clear, structured, and realistic system requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building enterprise solutions,. You’ll be part of projects that introduce new functionalities, integrate systems, and help create modern tools that move the energy industry forward

What will be your key responsibilities:

Analyse data flows
Define functionality,
Prepare detailed specifications and collaborate with developers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliver real value.
Cooperate with solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
Conduct impact analyses and support testing phases.
Participate in multiple IT delivery projects within energy/utilities.

What experience should you have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in business/system analysis.
Experience from at least 3 IT projects (utilities, banking, insurance, telco).
Strong knowledge of energy-sector processes (e.g., electricity & gas offer management).
Fluent Czech/Slovak; active English for industry-specific communication.
