Power Platform Developer

About the job 

We seek an experienced Power Platform Developer / Architect to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Dynamics 365 (minimum Sales or Customer Service), deep expertise with Dataverse, the ability to blend low-code and pro-code development, and hands-on knowledge of DevOps/ALM practices and advanced Azure workloads.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop applications in Dynamics 365 / Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• Build and maintain Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and integrations with external systems.
• Extend the platform with custom development (JavaScript, C#, plug-ins, PCF controls).
• Define and implement solution architecture with a strong focus on ALM, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate with Azure Services – including Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps.
• Model and optimize data in Dataverse; apply solid SQL knowledge when working with databases.
• Perform business process analysis and recommend optimizations.
• Stay ahead of trends and innovations in Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Produce high-quality documentation and guide technical teams and business stakeholders.

What we expect:

• Proven, hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform at an advanced level.
• Ability to lead governance, best practices, and standards in implementations.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration and solution design.
• Solid background in DevOps/ALM (CI/CD pipelines, source control, multi-environment management).
• Experience with Azure Services (Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps).
• Skilled in combining low-code approaches with custom code when required.
• Strong database and SQL fundamentals.
• Demonstrated capability in business process analysis and solution optimization.
• Ability to present and prove expertise (demos, solution showcases, previous project references).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
