About the job
We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Alliance Manager to join one of our core divisions. This is a commercial support role focused on driving upsell, cross-sell, and joint solution development with our sales and delivery teams. You will serve as the glue between our product/service capabilities and go-to-market efforts — maintaining partner relationships, organizing and attending events, supporting large bids, and helping win new business.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up from a junior sales, presales, or delivery-facing role into a position with real commercial impact and cross-functional exposure.
Key responsibilities:
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial roles, tech consulting, or digital delivery
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of software services or enterprise platforms (e.g., Sitecore, SAP, MS)
- Interest in developing toward commercial ownership / solution salest
- Structured approach and attention to detail (e.g., proposal accuracy, CRM hygiene)
- Fluent Czech and English
What we expect:
- Support the Division Director and sales leads in opening new conversations
- Drive partner engagement and relationship tracking (Microsoft, SAP, etc.)
- Contribute to the new business pipeline by supporting early-stage deals
- Work closely with Actum marketing team to promote our partnerships and events
- Grow cross-division collaboration to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with delivery leads and solution architects on proposal development
- Maintain and update opportunity data in SAP CRM for performance attribution
- Collect commercial inputs and case studies from projects for marketing/sales use
