We are seeking a Super Senior Front-End Engineer specializing in Next.js. This position combines deep front-end engineering expertise, modern web development practices, and a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and user experience.

Role Context

This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications, primarily built with Next.js. It acts as a bridge between design, product, and technology, imparting engineering excellence. It supports innovation and contributes to maintaining a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement. The candidate must actively use AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and delivery. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of accountability, embraces ownership, and manages the entire delivery process, including collaboration with other teams and communication with stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Next.js and React.
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind or CSS Modules.
• Strong understanding of state management tools, such as Redux or Zustand.
• Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of performance optimization tools and practices.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud and front-end testing tools is advantageous.
