German Sales Executive

This is a rare opportunity for a self-motivated IT and sales enthusiast who already has some sales experience but also for a fresh graduate with the right mindset, drive and attitude.

As an International Sales Executive you will generate new B2B business leads through prospecting over the phone / email / LinkedIn and focus on creating leads from small and medium sized companies in German speaking countries. Therefore, in this role you will leverage your advanced German and English language skills and outgoing, proactive and professional approach and positive work ethic.

From the day one you will work closely with our Division Director who will provide you with the necessary onboarding, mentoring and sales training. By the end of the first month you will have improved your sales techniques and solid understanding of our chosen solutions and services that will help you further your career in sales. You will be expected to gradually gain more knowledge of our full range of services over time, which will help you succeed in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new business leads in SME sector (direct B2B)

  • Establishing call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new clients ensuring commitments are met

  • Effectively managing client expectations

  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of approved products and services

  • Processing sales orders and working with our sales support

  • Keeping our CRM system updated

You will need:

  • Advanced German (fluent) and English language skills

  • Proactivity, professionalism, positive attitude

  • Interest in sales in IT

  • Experience in sales is an advantage
