Business Development Manager (EN)

About the position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to find new clients, beyond our existing stable ones, to grow our business in the DACH/BENELUX Area, in partnership with our technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a wide knowledge of Digital Solutions, Advanced Analytics, AI, Machine Learning or related solutions.


  • Develop our business with new or existing clients in the area of the digital transformation

Main Activities:

  • Key initiator of new business development relationships
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through analysis of customer needs in terms of IT/ business challenges
  • Develop great business relations with our prospects and customers, understand their current processes and needs, and prepare high-quality responses, service solutions and efficient pricing proposals
  • Help customers unlock the potential of their business
  • Generate opportunities for meetings with key decision-making personnel to drive the sales process forward
  • Maintain a relationship with a client to ensure client satisfaction throughout the implementation process
  • Work with the technical team to coordinate pre-sales activities. Present sales materials and conduct product demonstrations along with the technical team to present the value proposition to potential clients.

  • Fluent in English is a must, German is "nice to have"
  • Experience in Business Consulting and/or Business Development
  • Professional sales experience in the IT field
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust
  • Proven track record of selling IT solutions in any of the following industries: Financial Services, Manufacturing, Telco, Healthcare
  • Consultative sales background with demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented with strong skills in presenting, communicating, organizing, multitasking and time management
  • Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills
  • Travel up to 15% of working time.
