About the job

We are currently seeking a Division Director for our ECM team. This team has revenue: 1,6mio EUR, 20 team members (14 in Prague, the rest remotely in Europe).

The role is about delivering the required profit and generating long-term growth by setting strategic goals, proper innovation processes, people management and executing strategic tasks.

Main areas of division evolution:

  • Revamp the division's services to cover content use cases in more areas (like product information, asset management, content modelling etc.).
  • Re-establish the division sales growth up to 20% YoY.
  • Re-engaging highly focused sales activities within the European region.
  • Setting the go-to-market strategy for the next 5 years for Content operations services.
  • Leveraging Generative AI in all aspects of Content Operations workflows.
  • Create an environment where people can grow and challenge themselves.

Main objectives:

  • Responsibility for P&L management, business plan, business strategy, investments and HR-related tasks, Legal, and Finance.
  • Co-create strategy with the Managing Partner and build and develop the entrusted Unit based on the principles of a free company or participatory decision-making.
  • Find business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing Actum client base.
  • Set up effective Content operations logistics and automation.
  • Acceleration of foreign expansion by new client acquisition in entrusted regions.
  • Supports their reports to grow professionally, while supporting innovation, ambitions, and team ability.
  • Coaching/mentoring of the team.
  • Drives an efficient entrepreneurship approach.
  • Reporting to Managing Partner.
