As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to build a network of clients of varying character and size with a wide array of needs. You will be in frequent contact with clients to identify business needs and promote proper solutions based on SAP CX Stack to address them. You will also be in frequent contact with our key technology partners, to co-sell and co-market joint solutions.

A Senior Business Development Manager at ACTUM Digital is a person that:

  • Takes leadership in developing new and fostering existing business relations with clients

  • Has strong business acumen

  • Has great commercial skills

  • Is an excellent negotiator

  • Understands the business concepts of the customer

  • Has the ability to act as first-line of consulting to the client

  • Is able to independently penetrate the hierarchical structures of the client and build lasting relationships

  • Consults the customer on economical sense of a project

  • Understands the realities around solution development, licensing and overall constraints and applies them actively in deal definition

  • Obtain orders / clients in the US

  • Strong ability to identify and open new opportunities, mature them and convert them into running projects

  • Independence in discovering the client's business goals

  • Experience with enterprise level business

  • Strong ability to penetrate the client's structures

  • Perfect communication skills in CZ and EN

  • Perfect presentation skills in CZ and EN

  • Team spirit while cooperating with other team members

  • Very good overview of trends in the world of Digital experience solutions as well as general trends in busines and e-commerce

  • Strong drive-in self-improvement, learning and application of unorthodox approaches

  • Precision, reliability and consistency

  • Willingness to travel

  • Proven track record of successful closings
Scrum Master training

It is an advantage if you have:

Scrum Master training
  • Proficiency in DE
  • Experience with operating on US and/or DACH markets
  • Understanding of basic customer centric approaches
  • Ability to consult customer on Enterprise Architecture overview
