About the job
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building a network of clients of varying characters and sizes with a wide array of needs. You will frequently contact clients to identify business needs and promote solutions based on Salesforce Products to address them. You will also frequently contact our key technology partners to co-sell and co-market joint solutions. We are looking for someone who takes leadership in developing new and fostering existing business relations with clients and consults the customers on the economic aspects of a project. Work with the sales team on defining sales and marketing campaigns, run discovery meetings with potential customers, and support the delivery team as Account Manager during the project lifecycle.
- Selling Digital Transformation projects to this customer where relationships have been cultivated.
- Account plans closely map to and influences the customer's strategic board-level priorities.
- Seeking, identifying and initiating new go-to-market propositions through the application of Industry knowledge.
- Identification of business value that the customer was not previously aware of.
- Engaging with Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
- Driving significant coordination amongst groups such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy.
- Partner with GSIs and Services to create a business solution and technical delivery plan.
What we expect:
- Perfect communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Being located in Prague or in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich - willingness to travel ca. 40% - including business trips and office visits in Prague.
- More than 2 years of experience in selling mid-sized, multi-cloud projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Business/technical know-how of SalesCloud and ServiceCloud and ability to steer client discussion towards the final solution. Experience in other Clouds or ISV Solutions is a bonus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and open new opportunities, mature them and convert them into running projects .
- Ability to build a sustainable pipeline on devoted markets.
