Your role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first person that everyone meets when they enter our office. You will be a part of Office Management team and basically be main contact point for transversal office matters and visitors. It’s important to be courteous, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

A Receptionist at WMC Group is a person that:

  • In general, has an independent responsibility for the reception desk and for smooth run of the office, premises maintenance.
  • Is a primary / basic contact person for both external and internal people (emails, calls, personal visits); Notifies colleague of visitor arrival.
  • Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Informs them by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area, meeting rooms and premises representative maintaining, as well by complying with office management procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Is a support for main departments as Finance, HR, IT. 
  • Manages a post service – incoming and outgoing; Manages invoices and purchase orders – registration, creation, tracking.
  • Has a good knowledge of office equipment; Orders office supplies and other necessities if needed.
  • Follows other minor in-house tasks.

  • Ability to make decisions, handle pressure and problem-solving

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education 
  • Administrative and operations experience
  • Working history on a similar position
