About the job

As an Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of the daily team operations agenda for one of ACTUM’s divisions called Omega. You will be responsible for successfully delivering operations support to ensure the smooth daily operations of a business. 

An Operations Coordinator at ACTUM Digital is a person that:

  • provides overall support for the division leaders and team members
  • plays an integral part in the smooth run of the daily team operations including but not limited to:
    • Finance – order creation and processing, invoicing, reporting
    • People – ensuring support for all team members
    • Processes and Systems – ensuring correct process adherence and data quality management
    • Ad-hoc Admin support – produce high-quality reports and analyses for various purposes, document preparation etc.
  • communicates with multiple stakeholders across all seniority levels
  • is responsible for planning and executing various types of events - team meetings, team buildings, movie nights, etc.
  • participates in the onboarding process of team newcomers - support during first days, integration to the team, etc.

  • proactive person with the ability to take responsibility for given agenda
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in Czech and English
  • ability to quickly master various technical tools and learn processes
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy

  • knowledge of CRM systems and ABRA

About the Omega division

We are the Omega division within ACTUM Digital. Our main focus is on e-commerce solutions developed in SAP Commerce Cloud. We are implementing and integrating B2B and B2C large-scale e-commerce and marketplace solutions for our clients.
