• You will be able to analyse business requirements and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
• You will be performing and documenting the results of business and system analysis.
• You will work independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, and presenting implemented solutions to customers).

What we expect:

• 1 year + of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst or a Junior Salesforce Consultant
• Experience in documenting business processes and requirements
• Great communication skills
• Ability to transfer knowledge
• Good analytical skills
• Knowledge regarding IT system lifecycle

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN or UML notation
• Experience in working on Agile projects
• Experience in working with enterprise-class CRM systems
• Knowledge of relational database
• Salesforce Trailhead Badges and/or Certificates
