The role

What is the DM’s role and responsibility?

Delivery Manager is deeply involved in the run of whole division. She/He is responsible for the pipeline, the forecast of hiring, the cost and she/he watch the revenue and the profit. Potentially she/he will be in the charge of some projects too. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating devoted team of professional. Your main goals will be:

Achieving a high level of performance and quality
Well managed and predictable transparent delivery
High customer satisfaction

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage day to day progress of the project including corrective actions,
Create, visualize, and communicate timelines, roadmaps, and project dependencies
Manage risks, prepare risk mitigation plans, and manage problems once they come
Organize and run project meetings (ceremonies) including client-facing ones
Manage the project scope including communication with the client protecting our scope

“We have to do this because the book says so.”
“The idiot does not understand me.”
“This is not a job of a Project Manager.”
“I won’t tell you anything until I am absolutely sure.”

Our Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Proficient in Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Fluent in English
Great presentation and communication skills
Proactive and self-sufficient in risk management and removing impediments

Besides being dedicated to a single project, you will have the opportunity to work on internal projects - already existing, or new - you can also come up with your own if you'll feel it would make sense for you and us.
