This is a senior role, therefore we expect you to be smart and well respected by both direct clients and internal teams as well. You as the CX Strategist will lead day-to-day and long-term planning and thinking on our key projects. You should possess a deep understanding of customer experience strategy across all digital environments, experiences, and loyalty journeys.
You will own the customer and user journey across the full marketing spectrum on behalf of clients, using research and data insights to drive business effectiveness. We expect you to be comfortable with leading digital disruption for our clients and thrive on turning complex problems into compelling customer-centric solutions.


  • Produce the highest quality solutions that deliver brand value and business growth for our clients.
  • Apply Design Thinking and Service Design methodologies.
  • Prepare and facilitate CX workshops.
  • Define, explore and track interactions between a customer and organization throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Build customer journeys and personas based on researched data.
  • Use field studies and research data to establish the best overall customer experiences.
  • Optimize interactions using customer data and, as a result, foster loyalty for brands.
  • Be the first point of call for clients and internal teams on day-to-day questions about customer experience, interaction journeys, and customer loyalty.
  • Create a positive team environment and champion experience innovation by building commitment and support for innovative ideas.
  • Support the team’s leadership in managing and developing the junior team.
  • Support teams and organizations to develop the cultural conditions, practices, and rituals to adapt and design customer-centered services.
  • Deliver thought leadership in the area of CX and XM design, planning, and implementation.

Qualifications and experience

  • 4-6 years experience in digital agencies as a CX, UX, Data, or CRM planner or in digital product development as a Product, Customer, or Loyalty Manager.
  • Experience in using marketing automation platforms, and CRM.
  • Experience in preparing and facilitating CX workshops.
  • Hands-on experience with experience mapping, defining what and how organizations need to change in order to be more effective.
  • Track record of successfully delivering strategic work for clients with demonstrated results and effectiveness.
  • A deep understanding of CX tools, CX metrics, and analytics platforms.
  • An understanding of business processes and customer needs.
  • Strong skills in leading customer research and data mining research analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficiently.
