About the job 

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for arranging meetings with our technical team and Account Director based on a pre-assigned target account list. You will also reach out to new prospects through phone and email, set up automated email campaigns, and work on high-quality meetings with Account Managers while taking notes and familiarizing yourself with our product. Your duties will also include registering activities and logging relevant information to the account activity using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. However, sourcing or finding data is not part of the role, as you will be provided with the necessary information based on the selected target audience. Also, creating proposals or client presentations will not be part of your responsibilities, as they will be provided to you.

What we expect:

  • at least one year of experience in business development, preferably in an agency that focuses on web application development or cloud development
  • experience in managing enterprise clients
  • excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2 level) and the ability to secure a meeting that will be relevant to our service offering

Nice to have:

  • marketing experience
  • German language
