About the job

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, setting up meetings and calls with potential clients, and working closely with the sales team of Actum’s respective business units to reach sales targets primarily on the DACH market and in Benelux.

A Business Development Representative at ACTUM Digital is a person that:

  • conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects
  • manage primarily cold mailing campaigns but also other outreach methods to reach out the potential clients and set up meetings or calls 
  • nurture existing leads through mass communication 
  • maintain accurate records of all communication and lead progress in the company's CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • work closely with the sales team to implement processes and strategies for reaching sales targets

What we expect:

  • strong written communication skills in German and English
  • interest in the tech industry and knowledge of current trends
  • proven experience as a BDR or similar role, preferably in a tech or digital company
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to have:

  • Dutch language
  • familiarity with email and prospecting marketing tools
